Description

Before the bug showed up, I could only select systems connected by starlanes.  

1)  interface selects multiple planets

2) Cannot hit confirm

3) Planets listed twice on list

It's look like Riftborn has a lot of problem with UI, not just migration one. System management UI also botched up like this. I never encounter this on other faction before except Riftborn.
