Summary / Title

The system improvements "Distributed Energy" and "Microwave Pipes" are treated as the same. 

Description

It's not possible to build both improvements. Once one is built, the other one is canceld or disappears from the system managemt screen. (Also they share the same picture. Intended?)

* If you want to change between them, you have to scrap the already built one, in order to let the other one re-appear in the system management screen.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Research "Gamma Absorption" and "EXA-Volt Beam Focus"

2. Try to biuld both on one system...

Expected Behavior

The "Distributed Energy" and "Microwave Pipes" should both be built on one system.

I can biuld "Distributed Energy" endless times... lol. Each time, its constructed, it reappears in the system management screen. As long as I don't build "Microwave Pipes".  Then both Improvements disappear.
