Unlike every other module, Drain modules are not effected by the weight class modifier that all other modules, except engines, are effected by.  As a person that really enjoys the play style of Vodyani, it annoys me that i cannot make effective cruisers for draining raids. I was unsure if this is intended or is a bug. I assume it is a bug.
