Description

Putting any singularity in the construction queue above other items will visually reduce the amount of turns required to build any item below it by 1 turn. This change to the the items construction timer is purely visual, and won't actually change the amount of turns required to build the item.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have any item with 2 or more turns in construction queue

2. Place any singularity higher in queue than that item

Expected Behavior

The turn timer should stay the same as it was previously before the queue change, since no extra industry points were lost or gained in changing the queue order
