After researching the medium support class I get 2 new ship designs I can use.

Playing Riftborn one of them is the Revenant (after researching Split Second Ablatives)

That design uses O2G Delivery Modules (for manpower) which reuqire the research of Ubiquitous Servaillance.

Problem is that I don't have Ubiquitous Servaillance researched but I get a ship design using modules I don't have access too.
