I'm still playing through my first game from the new patch with the Riftborn, but there are a couple errors that are persisting.

I went to war with the UE and refused a peace treaty as I was close to wiping them out.  They are now out of the game and I'm in my second war since then (warmonger, I know).  I still have a happiness penalty from the treaty refusal though that won't go away.

There are also no wormholes on this map (an annoyance with the slow Riftborn).  I am trying the large map size and a different shape than I've played before, but this is the first game I've played without any showing up.

Looks like you're playing in the "Unique" Constellation setting which might be the cause of wormholes not appearing.

I've checked your Truce Refusal issue.. Weird. It happens on your save but I haven't managed to reproduce it on a new save. I'll keep my eyes open during further tests  to see if it happens again.
