System screen, spaceport and other bugs after update 3

Hi,


Reporting some bugs after update 3. Actually playing last update (0.3.2) with my PC : i7-4820 3.7GHz, 16Gb RAM DDR 5, 120 Gb SSD (contains the game), 3Tb HDD, Windows 7 64 bit.


This bug sustained most of game (if not all). I spotted it at first when trying to send pop from one system to another with spaceport. One system didn't appeared n the screen to send pop, and at same time my home system was repeated. An screenshot from spaceport and systems screen:

Happened again when opening the system screen various times. I only suspect two related things: in most cases I was sending pop with spaceport or building infinite improvements in at least one system.

Can provide you some screenshots of following times and some saves (didn't get a save from all as problem appeared more times). Sorry if this comes a bit messy, but you can check the corresponding image and save with the turn:

The last screenshot is only to show you that I poses system Osula which doesn't appear in system or spaceport screens.

Also initially I suspected I was doing something wrong with spaceport, but when looked at system management I suspected it really was a bug. Apologies and tell me in case I was doing something wrong.

I'm seeing the exact same bug since the 0.3.2 update. It's affected my entire first game as Riftborn so far. The System table component - basically everywhere it's used - is missing most systems. Some times it only shows a couple (when I have several). Sometimes it displays the name of one with data from a different one. Sometimes rows are completely blank. Sometimes it lists duplicate rows for the same systems. Sometimes it doesn't show the heroes assigned to the systems, or it shows the wrong heroes on the wrong systems. Often, a combination of all those problems at once. Basically, it's totally messed up, and useless (impossible to send population from the spaceport to specific systems since they are missing) and impossible to manage / view / sort and check on all systems from the Systems view (since most systems are always missing). 


Liking a lot of the progress in 0.3.2, but this regression is a massive bummer because it's such a critical feature to system management and affects multiple areas.

Thanks @pcpilot and @Darksimian. Didn't noticed this was a known bug.


To avoid creating more threads, as said, I'll provide here some new bug info.

Not sure if this is a bug. After getting military stage 2 my empire manpower was upgraded as expected. then I received a message telling me that I was in low MP. Not sure if this is due to new cap was not filled or my MP was taken somewhere else.

Next game with Horatio on my laptop: i7-2670 3.1GHz, 8Gb RAM DDR3, Radeon 6650 2Gb VRAM, 500 Gb HDD (x2).

First I encountered two graphics bugs into market and trade screens. This two images into the red squares. The one into trade screen is difficult to spot, but if you look carefully the luxuries are not properly fitted and ordered (normally each FIDSI and other resources are on same column, but here are mixed with blank spaces).

Same game as previous post, I leave you a save. If you try to invade the system Oiad all game crashes. Tried various times reloading autosaves and every time it repeated.

Finally I achieved to invade this system with no bugs, simply by skipping some turns and trying it again, so seems solved itself only ending turn.

Continue with same game and computer, in this save if I put anything in construction queues or research queue, all improvements are shown as infinite. When pressing end turn it tells me there's idle systems and nothing into research queue.

Don't know why this is happening, but couldn't continue with this campaign.

Another one: in my first game with Riftborn I have majority of ecologists in senate, so its main law was active, but for some reason I couldn't colonize planets which I haven't the proper tech researched. See this two screenshots:



As you can see the law is unlocked, but same turn I can't colonize some telluric planets. Suspect I was doing something wrong, but if you look at this other two screenshots from my second game with Horatios, the law is working properly:


 

Sorry can't provide specifics saves, but all I posted in this thread are from those two campaigns, so I think you'll be able to recycle one for each game.

Oh see with last patch you fixed most of this bugs. Thanks.


Just few hours before 0.3.4 (so was playing 0.3.2, on my PC, you got the specs before) I was unable to move pop between two systems with spaceport. Leave you a savegame.


Cant send from Bushir to Cetus.zip


Of course systems are Bushir and Cetus.

Not sure if related with system screen bug and solved yet in 0.3.4 patch.
