I don't remember the exact time it should be, but I had the same issue in my game (for much more than 15 turns).

I apologize. You are correct. I shall go after green by default in my next games. Noone likes green.

Pleeaase? I see this problem popping on the forums, I reproduce it on people's save, but it can't seem to find a way to reproduce it myself from a clean save.

Do the problem still occur when accepting a subsequent Truce or after proposing one yourself?

Or does it only happen when you eliminate the faction you're at War with?

I'm going to test this ASAP on the most recent internal version we have.

This seems to be linked to eliminating the other empire with a pending Refusal penalty.

I'm doing what is needed to reference this issue in the database.

It only happened to me when eliminating en empire after refusing a truce.
