My spec: Interl core I3 3220 ram 8GB and GPU asus dual fan rx 480 4GB 


After turn 120 or 130 my game becomes extremely laggy actions takes alot of time to happen and some times it stays on pending turn for indefinite amounts of time so i have to abandon that game and start another one or stop playing.



It has been like that for 40 minutes.
