First post here, and couldn't find any info pertaining to what happened to me in a multiplayer 130 turn match.

Firstly every time i re-anchored my ark in another system the entire system level resets. Is this how its supposed to work? Every time i replanted i had to rebuild them, costing significant luxury resources or else i would be locked on cap. Is this part of the balancing, and if so it forces the vodyani into a much more sedentary play style, which seems pretty counter intuitive to their trait.

Secondly, i completed the market tax system improvement/wonder (forgot the exact name) and later moved my ark and deployed in a new system, but when i checked the marketplace and improvements on the system it said there was no marketplace owner. I went back to the system to check if maybe the market stays with the system and had no luck.

Lastly i had an issue with chapter 4 in the vodyani quest-line line where you had to "create a new academy" and was completely lost. I had planted my ark on to  the academy and received no prompts or any confirmation. Also i had no idea what i had to do anyway as this was the first time i got up to the quest. 

I would really appreciate some clarification on these past issues ive had with the vodyani as they are a very unique to any 4x game i have played when it comes to overall playstyle.
