Description

I get quest "Locus of Lies" for a minor faction I never encountered in a system that I haven't discovered yet (but ok that will force me to explore the galaxy).

Problem is that when I select "Take over" the quest automatically fails on the next turn. There is nothing I can do to stop it.

Steps to Reproduce

In the provided save select "Take over" in the quest and hit end turn button.

Expected Behaviour

Shouldn't be getting impossible quests.

And unless that is intended should be for a system / faction I know of.
