Some UI Elements don't render correctly at 1366x768 resolution


Description

On political screen political parties don't fit properly


On Marketplace screen Buy/Sell text is rendered over the top of each other and Sell dialog is not displayed


On Ship design screen long and short range damage text is rendered over the top of each other


Steps to Reproduce

1. Set resolution to 1366x768(if played at 1280x720 everything is rendered correctly)

2. Open specified screens
