I tried searching a few different terms and couldn't find this, however, I apologize if I missed it.

Description

The UI for the Galaxy section of a New Game's settings is partially off the screen (and in the wrong spot) for me, every time I launch the game (see bottom left of screenshot below).

This is on the most current version, 0.3.4.

My friends do not have this issue.  Restarting the game and verifying game files via Steam does not solve it.  I have not tried a clean reinstall.
