Just like title says. If I convert all systems from a faction it doesn't disappear from diplo screen and is not eliminated.

To check this in last saves from this post, just buy all Lumeris (the yellow ones) or Vodiany (the orange ones) systems in the saves I provided in last post in this thread: https://www.games2gether.com/endless-space-2/forum/114-bug-reports/thread/24584-broken-production-queue. Pretty sure they don't have more systems.
