 at first my English isnt the best but i try to explain as good as possible :)

Problem:

After researching an infinite System improvement like "public 3D printing" the AI of the automation policity of Systems will use it after finishing all other improvements. BUT if you reasearch any other improvement and the Automation ai used the infinite one before that the ai doesnt recognize that there is a new improvement to build/use.  the ai will stay on the infinite one and doesnt build new improvements. Player who dont check their system Production every round/ player who use the Automation ai for System policitys have some Trouble if they dont notice this bug :D.

reproduce:

1.simply Research any infinite System improvement like  "public" 3D priniting" or "planet Cracker factory" 

2. use Auto politiy for a System ( i used it on dust production)

3. wait till every improvement is build and the ai Chose the infinite one

4. Research a new improvement 

5. ai doesnt choose the new improvement and stay at the infinite one

Yep, I already reported this too.  It's pretty irritating.  Can't count the number of unused turns I lost due to comatose AI govs.
