Description

This building can be built over and over again and the effects stack. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. I've only gotten that far in one game, but it happens in every system I have built Nanocuisine Plant in.  Playing as Horatios.

2. Build Nanocuisine Plant. Build it again, and again, until everyone is happy and you literally drown in food.
