Description

Despite the game saying my reputation with a minor faction is increasing 10 pts per turn, the reputation isn't increasing.

Notes

Happened out of the blue on Turn 115 of a Riftborn game; not sure what caused it, previous minor faction reputation increased fine.

Yes, it's under the thrall of another major faction but not assimilated.
