What began as an error with borders lead to save files crashing game when attempting to load.

Description

It started with a border error. Playing as UE, my border were expanding rapidly until the riftborn border suddenly expanded a massive distance into my territory, enveloping it in a dozen turns. Screenshot below is after 3 turns of this madness. Even after conquering the RB system my borders were not merging. Any saves after the one provided did not load for me, simple freezing the game.

Update: This happened again. This time it happened as I was the Lumeris and the UE declared war. Hope this helps...
