Hey guys, on turn 120, one of the AI factions stay put on "InEncounter" preventing the next turn for coming along, here's the save. AutoSave 463.zip

Note the save sometimes either takes forever to load, doesn't load at all, or rarely, loads quickly. I also have a turn 185 save that does not load at all.
