Bug description

When choosing ground battle invasion strategy, the descriptions for "Inflitration" and "Blitz" do not match the stats given. Pre-emptive bombing does not appear to have this conflict.

Steps to reproduce

1. Invade an enemy planet

2. Notice the conflict between the "Inflitration" and "Blitz" descriptions and stats.

Expected behavior

I am unsure if Infiltration's and Blitz's effects should just be the opposite of what they are described as by their stats, but I think that they just need to be swapped.
