Description

There's an obvious typo from a copy/paste in the definition of the Distributed Energy building.

It has this prerequisite :

<PathPrerequisite       Inverted="true"     Flags="Prerequisite,Discard">ClassColonizedStarSystem/StarSystemImprovementFIDSI1,!FastForwardedImprovement</PathPrerequisite>

when it should be StarSystemImprovementFIDSI2

Steps to Reproduce

1. Research tech Exa-Volt Beam Focus

2. Build Distributed Energy on a planet where Microwave Pipes is not built

3. After construction, repeat step 2

Because I remember personally spotting and fixing this bug a few weeks ago and these improvements have been working as intended on our end.

Yes, I'm on the last update.

I installed the game on the 3.2 update (on April 16), 3.5 was the first update I installed, so if you say you've updated a few weeks ago, the Steam package does not have your patch.
