Did not notice the flicker in the load-start new game screen before the 3.5 update. My screen flickers with red interference most notable in the lower right of the ticker tape area. Intention or a bug? My drivers are up to date. Add to the flicker which started with the update, my first lockup in over 62 hours of play. Game had been almost flawless until the new update. Only repeating issue has been a repeating stutter of the animations when loading. That's all folks as he flickers off into space.
