usually when a new scroll across the bottom of the  text is triggered, I'll get weird graphical distortion. I had thought this was a 'feature' or something, but it looks pretty bad and I'm starting to think it's not part of the game. It also wasn't there with the .34 patch.

Reproducibility: 

5/5 - wait about 30 seconds and it always happens.

System:

Always happens to me as well.

This happens to me too. I thought it was on purpose at first (it does look cool in a strange kind of way).

On Win7, NVidia GTX970.

I havent played since the release off the Empire and thought I would give a go today. The flickering is happening to me as well. Adding video of it. Hopefully this helps

Just to be clear, that's not at all what I'm seeing - I'm seeing odd distortion but it isn't seizure-inducing like that.

Its weird. My game hasnt done it before and I play other games that are even more graphics intensive (if that makes sense?) I am gonna try uninstalling and reinstalling.

My suspicion is that my graphical distortion is actually part of the ENFER campaign and is intended. It looks similar to the font used for ENFER with similar distortion.

It's disappointing, in that it makes it hard to test things that are legitimate or trust what is working well or badly. I'll keep assuming things are bugs until told otherwise, but my recommendation is that viral marketing campaigns should not be included as part of the Early Access testing period or everyone should be let in on the joke.

Same here. I were surprised when saw it for the first time. Though it happen regularly I think it's a feature.

I think the flickering is intentioanl, Warframe did something similar. Say what you want about their buisness practice but the warframe devs are MASTERS of foreshadowing upcoming lore with subtle hints. For like a year before we got the quest associated with it the loading screen would randomly flicker and flash text in "tenogen" the universes made up languege, people learned that languege , translated it to english and found... stuff i don't want to spoil but in the context of the Quest we got Later ("A new dream") made total sens.

Note the flickering is part of the ENFER ARG

if it doesn't work at all it or gives really really weird graphical issues might be the AMD issue. There's a patch out for that now, so re-verify your game cache and try again.
