Description

On starting the game, the intro video will play, the loading screen with 'Endless Space 2' appears and the loading bar will start to fill. When the bar is full, the music starts, but nothing happens. Leaving it in this state for 10 minutes, and nothing.

Notes

I tried to play on my 4k monitor first, and wondered whether that was the problem. I reduced the resolution and Endless space tried to start in 4k res anyway. I moved to a 1080p monitor, and the game tried to start in 2880x1620 for some reason. I have:

1. Reinstalled directx
2. Attempted to reinstall .Net framework (Already latest version)
3. Reinstalled vcredist
4. Run in admin
5. Set to Windows 7 compatibility
