No faction quest starting. No secondary quest too or event or anything(they turned on)

Not even work on the already existing saves(where they worked before), when i complete last faction quest i had it not continue. So i just had a boring game without any event or quest.

Strange that no one is talking about it and only 1 person also said to have this problem in steam forums.

the game is unplayable, i tried everything and quests are not working, why no one answered and no one talking about it?
