Summary / Title

Thinking this is a bug, but wondering if it's an intended / not intended effect of a singularity - I can't attack an enemy fleet at my own system. Says "This fleet is busy" no matter how many turns I go through.

Description

My system is under siege and there's a singularity on it. Even with my own fleet in system I can't attack the enemy fleet. This seems like either a bug or a very OP implication of singularities.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to War with Riftborn and become the proud owner of the slow-everything-down singularity.

2. Get sieged by Riftborn

3. Try to attack their fleet and see that you can't

Reproducibility

?/5

Expected Behavior

Shouldn't you be able to defend your own system even when under a singularity?
