Summary / Title

Cannot Invade system, despite having multiple fleets present, war status, and guarding the system without any opponents present.

Description

For whichever reason, I cannot Invade this system. I have 46 ships present, with an overwhelming amount of manpower. I am guarding the system uncontested, and I've been at war for multiple turns against the system owner, without being able to invade. I have destroyed multiple systems from the same enemy, while guarding this one.

Steps to Reproduce

1. This is the first time I've discovered this, which I assume is a bug. I don't know if it's easy to reproduce, but the empire is now proposing a truce, which would otherwise not have happened, hence causing a major inconvenience.

Expected Behavior

Under the current circumstances I should be able to invade their solar system (Delphinus) and wipe out their empire, hence avoiding to either get -20 approval or paying a major amount of influence.
