Description

I got the quest "A New Hoce" to create an outpost on the planet Essa II or colonize the system. The quest wasn't completed after I colonized the system (the two other planets) and even after I colonized Essa II the quest is still active and keeps highlighting Essa II on the galaxymap.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Discovered an anomaly on one of the planets

2. Got the Quest "A New Hoce" to create an outpost or colonize the system

3. Since the three planets where Gas, Torxic and Ash, I needed some time to get the tech. A short time before I could colonize the system a neighbor startet to settle on Essa I.

4. I colonized Essa III (Gas) and trough blocked etc. I got the system anyway. Now with 2 colonized planets (I and III) but the quest wasn't completed.

5. Colonized Essa II but still no change

The quest should have been solved with the first two colonized planets or at least with Essa II.

Notes

My guess is that point 3 is the main problem here (neighbor got their outpost first).

Other thing: As a test I raized the system and instantly colonized it again and the quest was solved.
