When I initially got the game it worked fine but after the latest update it hasn't worked.

Do you get an error message? Is it simply greyed-out?

The "sell" side of the screen is pushed over where the "buy" box was, totally overlapping it. The words "Buyable Items" and "Sellable Items" are overlapping each other where it should only say "Sellable Items." This is also occurring in the ship design window in the "ship statistics" box, the ranges (words and percentages)  "long" and "short" are overlapping so that "long" is laying over "short" where only short should be and there is nothing where "long" should be.

Mmh I see... Have you tried to change the "User Interface Size" option in the UI settings to something other than "Adaptive"?
