Steps to Reproduce

1. Build Endless Research Park and EndlessWorld wonder

2. Notice the happiness boast after completion.

3. Check is in constructed system improvements.

4. I always start building something else before leaving about half done.

5. Change systems.

6. Anchor at New system.

6. Notice happiness boast is missing.

7. Notice in Science screen That "You have achieved this Legendary Deed! Other empires no longer hope to obtain it."

3. Notice in constructed system improvements wonder is missing.

I'll only done it three times. Twice with the Endless Research Park and EndlessWorld and once with the science ITER wonder.

Expected Behavior

Wonder building move with Vodyani Ark ship.
