So here is the system in the beginning and 4 turns later. As you can see the construction is suppose to be finished in a turn and yet 4 turns later the system is "stuck" trying to build the improvements, in fact I was unable to even cancel the build orders for them as all that did was have them instantly reappear in the same state. The only thing that has happened with this system is I just bombed it to rubble and stole it from the Terran AI.

Do you still have a save game for the devs, what you can upload here (for to upload use small icon on right side to the camera symbol) ?

Nope. But I will see if I can recreate the bug and send a save game in.
