Failure to transfer the star system ownership.

Description

After conquering a star system (this case, Graffias), the game fails to transfer the ownership to the player (conqueror) from the AI (conquered).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Load autosave.

2. Perform ground battle at Graffias and win.

3. See if ownership transfers.

The star system's ownership should transfer from AI to the player.

Notes

When I loaded the autosave and won ground battle again, the ownership properly transferred.

Screenshot: In the bottom, one can clearly see the AI has 0 troops. Despite this, the player can still participate in ground battle. Clicking "fight" button does not resolve the bug and do not transfer the ownership of a star system. Red box just shows that star system is still in orange color instead of teal color.

Save File:

1) Save file set at a turn where proper ground invasion occurs: AutoSave 5603.zip (Should be at Turn 89)

2) Save file set after proper ground invasion but has the bug: Game 2-4.zip
