I was not able to save or load on turn 70 inside the game

the production did not appear on queues and I could not upgrade the hero. so the urn didn't went forward nor could I save

I skipped the battle from previous save but every other battle that I am trying to make after 70 turn has the same outcome. crash. I cannot neither flee nor fight so the game stops
