We do not know yet. Just because a race is represented with 1 hero in ES (like also the Broken Lords or some otherwise unmentioned factions like the Virus) we can't know if they are a minor in ES2.
Btw, which Hero do you mean? I can't think of a Haunt hero in ES. There is a Virtual Endless one but that is slightly different.
