I know this is probably a bit early, but I would absolutely love some contests for ES2, like the one which brought the Automatons into ES. Personally I think it'd be cool to maybe even get 2 player-made factions into ES2 if possible, like one faction earlier in the stage of development, and another faction some time after the game is fully released or so. Maybe there also could be smaller contests for other content if ES2 has some mechanics allowing that (Unique Planets, Planet Types, Anomalies, Events or stuff like that).
I'd love to see another faction contest or other contests for minor components of the game. But I'd prefer to have all game design documents available before such a contest starts, so we could really think about the gameplay connected to our suggested.

Adventurer_Blitz I think thats the reason the politcal faction called the "Dust Collective" got (as far i remeber correctly) the least votes in comparison to the "Harmony" and "The Virus" back at the Dev created faction G2G vote for the Harmony addon.
