If its wanted, I´ve tried to set a Race Backround for the Hishos, The Short Story is written to get a better Idea of what I want to explain, also discussible:



Researches which was developed by diplomacy has shown that the ancestors of the Hishos has looked exactly like Oviraptosauria Dinosaurs.



The Assumption that the Hisshos aren´t bird like Aliens but rather real humanoid non Dinosaur Birds had increased Mankinds or other Aliens ability, to make a good Neighborhood living with them, exponentual.



For example Birds has no Neocortex like Mammalias so every kind of Humor ist absolutely Prohibited for first contact, that don´t means that they haven´t any sort of it, but it works in an other Way. For Hissho is singing aproximately like the facial Expressions of a Human or the highliting of the Tail by a Cat.

The chance has helped to calm down this point of contention like: Hissho defeat a Craver and a Human says "the early bird catches the Worm" Hissho: " I don´t want to devour Him, I´ve defeated him and haven´t catch him like a Bird in a Cage".



The chance was the following: Somebody has sung a Hissho known Song wrong, Hisshos never sing Songs wrong, if one do it anyway, he or she is in bad constitution exhausted or ill so its often a reason for consternation by his People, but the first time a Diplomatic delegation had hear the wrong bussing of a well known melody by a Non Hissho Humanoid, they had a little better mood than before and after the advise if the suddenly feeling of cheerfulness was an Attack by an unkwown energy (Two of Five vote for yes, two sad no, one vote for researching; 2nd votation: two of five said "have a stake of it" two of five was irritated an, one of five was both but 4 of five by one comprehendet vote said that repeating will be valued as an attack".

Don´t forget: The claim that the oviraptor is an "Egg thief" is racism or bigotry, they´ve ever brood on them, if a fossilated Skeleton was found in a Nest.

As a result, this proposed background (even though I have to say it seems to be more of a collection of facts on Hissho culture) would probably fit better within our Temple of the Flourishing Mind, our section devoted to community creations.

Knowing that pre-Disharmony they were my favorite ES faction, and noting that you are sporting a Hissho avatar, I think you'll find that our views on the subject are probably similar.
