Shit, the secret faction is actually Half Life 3. That's why there's 3 things in the steam logo in the picture and there is no image. The Half Life 3 faction trait will probably be something involving nonexistance, maybe making their enemies not exist too, and maybe some Paradox related things due to not existing while being there; being able to sight comets about to crash into enemy worlds into existance.

I'm pretty sure Valve is just waiting for some unavoidable Armageddon (Like an incoming asteroid) before they even announce Half-Life 3.
