We are able to make a custom hero/character on looks, Name and Race. Probably let us make a Bio or something
atleast 1 character

to further the RPG-ing in it.

I mean who wouldnt want a Kurt Russell stuck in some random planet
or a Necrophage named Bob who was an accountant in the roving clans.
or something.

but yah just name and perhaps being able to make its appearance and be able to make a bio
nothing else
no special boosts and such
i mean limit the skills the heroes can have
like 10/10

Extra damage on infantry 2 points
100+ Added HP 8 Points
and etc. et.c etc.
so ppl have to choose wisely and whatnot

Because we've already a Hero creation G2G vote going on, which gave us this hero from the Cravers faction. smiley: smile

That idea is the most excellent idea.



Even if it was just for our custom factions (a limit to three per custom faction) just so our hero's are not drawn out of a the general pool. I get insanely invested into the RP and this would be absolutely fantastic for my peace loving races not to be starting out with a roster full of the yet to be contacted barbarian races which may need to be forcefully enlightened.

yes like customizable hero.

with a limited selection on skills

depending on the power of skills, it woudl take more points

like you have 10 points for your character creation

e.g.

Increased damage to melee ground unit +5% = 1 point

+100 HP on character = 3 points

and so and so...

Considering how easy it is to stack custom factions in Endless Space (and Legend to a lesser extent), I'm not sure that a custom hero wouldn't compound the problem. smiley: biggrin



As far as I am aware, there are no plans to make this happen either. I will however note the suggestion and pass it on to the team.

This would actually be pretty awesome, me likes! The ability to let us add our own created heroes to the hero pool, so there is a chance that you get a custom hero from the initial draw.
