I'm sure I can't be the only person here who checks the wiki pretty much every day - just in case there's been an update.

That got me thinking though - perhaps it would be fun to have little snippets of (vague?) information released gradually starting a week or two before the next big reveal, just to generate interest and let people know that something is coming? For example - perhaps a thread could be posted that has a bigger version of the blurry image from the wiki and each day a section of the blur filter could be removed until the full image is revealed. Maybe it could be accompanied by a vague hint or fact about how they'll play or a bit of their lore? Anything that'd give people something to talk about.

This could help combat the fact that the forum goes into hibernation mode in the long gaps between new information as it'd give people something to speculate on between wiki reveals/dev diaries.

Anyway - it's just an idea - perhaps it's not viable/not worth the amount of effort it'd take to organise it - I don't really know. Its just kind of sad seeing the forum so quiet a lot of the time.

How does everyone else feel about this? Is this something you'd like to see (or not)? Do you think it would be viable/worthwhile?

I check twice a day and that is just to be sure.



Snippets would be a great way for there to be more forum interaction, even if it is a blurry photo that's the quality of bigfoot or a video that has the same quality of all those UFOs it would be fantastic break from the tumble weeds.

I like the "remove pixelation" idea. Would be a really cool version of a countdown.
