Hey guys and gals!

We've asked those of you interested in making Endless Space 2 history to propose new dilemmas and once again, you answered the call! This time, we had almost 60 submissions and had to select all the ones that fit the criteria before being able to put them into this poll. Please extend your thanks to our very own quaedam for helping out with that part. These contests wouldn't exist without her benevolent presence. :p


Some submissions didn't make the cut. In most cases, it was either because most of the effects were not doable, or the submission itself wasn't fitting inside the basic criteria of the contest (too many effects offered, for instance). At this stage we will most probably have a quest contest next time, so keep your cool and far-fetched ideas and maybe they'll be more doable within that context! ;)


HOW TO VOTE
Simply select all the options in the vote that you like. At the end of the vote, we will take the three most popular submissions and put them up to a traditional G2G vote on the website, after touching up the lore with our Narrative director and balancing the effects if necessary. That's a lot of options to browse and we know that, so it's okay if you don't read it all! Just voting for a few that you like is okay too. :)


DEADLINE
The vote will run until May 25th, so as to give everyone a chance to vote.

There are quite a few really, really good submissions - too bad that there can't be more than one winner!



I worry about the minus :pop: aspects of my submission though, I didn't see it expressly against the rules, and I thought it would have been an interesting, realistic aspect to my dilemma. Hopefully I'll be able to argue my case to the devs!

Yeah same here. I love these contests. It's good to see so much creativity.

1st and 2nd seem locked down pretty well. The war for the 3rd slot shall go on from here. ^_^
