So decided to do a restart due to not understanding some of the concepts and had this event pop up of finding Auriga. Has anyone else found it? Also can't seem to get the screenshot I found it on here any tips? (steam screenshot.)

Yes, I've played two games and found it both times.

Yeah it was in like the fourth system I visited in my first game, it just spawns randomly on the map.

A bit 'greyish', I wasn't able to colonize it though :(

Basically.

And it's going to stay that way because we lack the tech to colonise Ice planets. We also lack the tech to terraform, so we can't restore it to glory.

It's not just Auriga. You can also find Tor, Kyros, and Bigeli.

We may have to have these pop a little less often... but we wanted to put in some of the legendary planets. It's all WIP right now, of course, but we like putting things like this in the game as exploration candy.

It's a nice addition to see. There is a sort of collectionist mentality with wanting to possess them all, in my experience.
