Just lost a game for an unknown reason (could have been a bug, but I have no way of knowing). The turn before I had lost a massive amount of happiness due to the election, and 2 of my 3 systems were rebelling. Had plenty of money, no enemies nearby, no one else near any victory condition. Next turn starts, 6+ announcements show up that I don't get to read because it immediately says "you lost!" Really need, at the very least, "you lost because..." if not the ability to see the announcements on the last turn.

Score victory is enabled and enforced currently, if it was turn 126, that could of been why you lost.
