I harvested a new sophen colony that they put near my home system, once it was at 0 pop, I invaded it. I get to a point in the invasion where I cannot end turn, it says I need to finish the invasion, but I have already invaded that turn.
This bug seems to occur when you try to end turn and do battle at the same time. Reloading fixes, as many have pointed out. However i fear this in multi.
