Does anyone know what tech you need in order to unlock the ability to move population to different star systems? I saw the feature in the stream yesterday, but I have no idea how to access it

It appears to unlock itself once you upgrade a system to Level 2. :)

Well I feel stupid, I was so busy looking for a tech that didn't exist I didn't think to play long enough to upgrade a system  Thanks!

No problem. They'll probably flesh out the system upgrades with further information on what they do, other than the resource boosts and such. I had to test to make sure it worked that way when I figured it out haha

I think I need to read the tutorials more because I didn't even know you could upgrade systems......

I think the feature would stand out more if they made the image that displays the level of the system into a button that upgrades the system to the next level, instead of treating it like it's a normal system enhancement...
