At first I have to thank you for this awesome game - it really makes the difference to MOO(2/3) - this is great!
Maybe it's a bug, maybe it is not yet included in the Alphaversion of the game? - However, I really miss the function to send my fleet to another planet! I can choose the units, I can set them into a fleet, but if I try to send them to a neighbur star-system, the command fails and is not accepted/done as ordered!?
At least I would like to have the possibility, to command my ships in a battle! - Like it is possible in the game Master Of Orion 2 - I really enjoyed this! - You can choose the battle-type yourself - you can command your ships in the battle, or you can choose an automatic-battle, like it's produced the cinematic-style in Endless Space 2.
The same I would wish for the Ground-Battles! - Maybe the player could also create a kind of Mechwarrior, to use in battle, completely adjustable and upgradeable, like the ships currently are? - Only an idea, but maybe the player can also equip groundunits with different weapons and other stuff, to use in battle? - Like to set them into a group with a commander as their leader, to get benefits by him? - In MOO2 it was possible, to equip groundunits, secondary, by science-research in special-cases/tasks.
- Back to the basic - I found a new race on a different planet and after that I had the possibility, to send my ships to explore - but I had first contakt to them and this was a friendly contakt, so why did my fleet engaged the battle, after they arrived their planet? - I had no choice!? This is also a problem... that shouldn't happen or it should be chooseable, which action I want.

I actually like this idea, but the devs will probably tell you that it'll take to much work to implement it at this stage in development.

I actually like this idea, but the devs will probably tell you that it'll take to much work to implement it at this stage in development.
- It might be implementated within a DLC - "Crossing Fingers" - yes mostly, it goes too deep into the source-code and without any backdoors, they have to begin at "0", without any knwoing of compatibility to other parts of the game who remained already finished. "Beside all the visual stuff which has to be created too!"

As any one knowed... okay, except myself - you can go back with the right mouse-button... from everywhere - So This Button is the "Return-Button" ... exit ... esc ... how ever -> EXCEPT on Fleets - you can not (no), you Have to select your fleet/ships by the Left Mouse Button and then you can set them to every star-system, when the little lens occurs, but with THE RIGHT Mousebutton! - That's it! And if you want to select the same ships out of a mass - press and hold ctrl (strg for us germans) on keybord, while you select ships with the left mousebutton (still like working with the explorer in windows) and then "merge" them together with "create fleet" - perfect!
So... I really don't know, why so many ppl had an eye on my thread (maybe also the developers - how ashamed), but no one was friendly enough to tell me that.... to tell me, that I was totally blind, while I skipped the tutorial (maybe) or it really wasn't included in the little tutorial... I don't know -> I do always rush into games, and run against walls until I found all options - lerning by pain, is the most effective way.
By the Way, my friendly developers - PLEASE.... think about the possibility, to have "Leaders" or "Heroes" not only in a different Look - give them a Voice! - Let them talk to us in a great interactive way! - GIve them for an example, a Backroundstory and let them tell us, what they makes a Hero - what did they done?

- I prefer, that this game, becomes More like a Twin of "the Best parts" of the game "Master Of Orion" - nothing like they had created *again* - a warmed up meal from yesterday... only in a better visual style? - "And here comes Endless Space 2!" - *what makes it different of Master Of Orion?!* - "It LOOKS different ...!" - *WOW!* - "That's not all... it's NAMED different!!" - *What A MUSTHAVE - can't wait to get my hands on it!* = This doesn't works, it's not even worth the work - if you go and create something, then Exceeded them!
- Interactive Voice by Heroes - We are in a 3 Dimensional Galaxy, but does it feel 2D? - Give us back the other dimension, please!
- It feels totally static - why not some asteroids, shooting stars, supernovas and something like that in the Backround? - Currently, if I zoom completely out, it feels like "Oh yeah... booring!" - the outaspace is much more than that... give us a touch of the everchanging, brutal and dangerous face, of the galaxy - It's unneeded to be counted, that I guess, I woun't ever have been there, in my tiny life!^^ Maybe there are some cinematic Galaxy-Battles out there - it's maybe too far away from our galaxy right now, but there's maybe life out of our galaxy?
I play with an IntelCore i7 6700K (@ ~4GHz) on a MSI S1151 "NightElf" B150 Mainbord with G-Skill DDR4 RAM (4x4Gb @2334MHz) Supported with a MSI nVidia GTX 1060 OC (6Gb GDDR5) On a Windows 10 x64 PRO operationsystem, installed on a SSD @250Gb R/W 650Mb/s-550Mb/s
The game run's Smooth and with constant fps @ a resolution of: 7680p x 4320p (4x nativ-resolution)
Every gamesetting at HIGH/ULTRA/MAX.... please ... soft-shadows... godrays ... particles... and everything, that might looks like "This is NEXT GEN!"...

sorry if I was, I'd think it be cool they added some RTS elements, but the studio is stretched thin right now, so they have to focus on the important mechanics.
