Are we getting a change in the cravers for this update ? like it has been mentioned before they doesnt feel pretty craver right now they should be genocidal bugs soo the idea of having craver pops living with other populations without eating them is really anti craver i think we should get something like this maybe?

It was established as far back as the original Endless Space that it's possible for Cravers to willfully coexist with other races, which is why it's possible at all to hire Craver heroes.

Personally I think that there should be a lategame technology to prevent Craver induced depletion at the cost of them losing their FIDSI bonus.

That really depends how they handle their disapproval, and if they get some (industry ?) bonus for depletion.
Some Cravers heroes can deplete planets faster, I see no reason to get those skills if there is no depletion bonus. I also don't understand why they should be used as governors on other factions with this skill.
There should be a way to repair depletion too. I could see an ecological law with +4 point / turn (this is 50 turns to cure a big planet and 25 turns to cure a tiny planet).

I like your idea but I think they might need to adjust the depletion mechanics a bit for it to work. Right now, there is no penalty for a partially depleted world. They have to get all the way to zero before there is any negative effect at all. So with the current system and that law you have suggested, a non-craver player who has seized some fully depleted worlds would only need to enact the law for a single turn in order to restore all the worlds in the system to full effectiveness.

Trying to add penalties that scale with the level of depletion would be a pretty big nerf to the cravers though and they certainly need all the help they can get.

Cravers living in non craver empires sure i can stand that makes sense you can add some technobabble explanation something something hormones but non cravers living in craver empires and having a vote, yeah i cant stand that i mean 14 minutes ago i ate some popcorn did i ask for its opinión ? no i didint i just ate it for the cravers or the craver hivemind or the craver empire whatever everyone else is food and this is not reflected in their current gameplay sadly :/.
