We all know the theme for the Horatio has always been Population, Happiness, and Expansion.

That is the Horatio way.

In a SECRET UNDISCLOSED change. Horatio are now Ecologist and not lame Religious people.

What does this mean?

They can now settle any non gas planets at the beginning of the game. They excel at bringing minors into the fold, and they are happy as fuck.

Really. This change alone is enough to completely ignore all other buff suggestions because being Ecologists as this race is just that good.

I used to play them as Ecologists before it was cool...

True, but the approval penalty was easy to work around thanks to pop bonuses and approval buildings + eco laws.

It's not "secret & undisclosed" as much as "poop, we forgot to mention it in the patch notes yesterday although we did mention it elsewhere on the forum."

We've made sure the patch notes do state it now, though.
