Does anyone have a decisive chart of the cypher used by the Vaulters and Endless?

In case they don't, I got my hands on some hints:

• At 0:46 in the Vision Trailers it says BATTLE PLAN, pretty obviously. This was my initial key to understanding the language.
• The Knowledge Base reads CONSOLE OFFLINE, I actually cheated this one somewhat by using the select tool. The loading screen says ENFER IS LOADING PLEASE WAIT.

I haven't double-checked if they changed the cypher, but this should be it.

Hahaha, don't worry about it. It was buried for a while and I had to dig it up. Only 14 retweets and 61 likes so I doubt anyone without a Twitter account would've known about it. :)

Maybe it's not free to use and I can understand.
