Maybe these should be toned down slightly? At that point, only 130 turns in, all research is 1 turn, my level 24 hero gets a level per turn and i can make 2-3 maxed out medium ships per turn. Basically nothing can ever touch me. This is on Serious but i dont think it matters. I get 100 Endless Foundries off 1-2 quests and i can't get more (none on market either) but it's not like i need it. The production isn't maxed either, none of the population have +production and i could terraform 3 planets to HOT (in Leo) for even more bonuses but why? none of my laws help production output either.

Endless Foundries is 50% per system level so +200%.

Titan of Industry is 5% per level so +125% if hes on the senate (which he currently isn't).

Each of these could be cut in half and they would still be incredibly good.
