I played a match as the Sophons, quite a ways in around turn 110+, when something odd suddenly happened. Three of my systems techs stopped construction. I noticed my industry was at 0, so I hovered over it, which showed all of it was being drained into conversion. It made no sense as I was constructing, so I placed a conversion build at the top of the queue, but that then caused my Industry to go into the minus of that amount.

This happened to three of my systems at the same time, while the rest went on without any problems.

Has anyone else encountered this, or know what might have caused this to happen?

Noticed this bug too, was able to fix it as Vs, by detaching my ark. Did you just upgrade the conversion via research? My theory if you upgrade the endless tech while it's in the queue, it bugs it out. Mouse over the items not building and it'll say "blah blah this improvement is not building because there's an endless improvement above it". Games thinks the previous version of the endless tech is still running.

Thank you, Madpoppins. At least I now know it's a problem. I wonder if there's a fix as the Sophons, but when I Vodyani and this happens I know what to do. Luckily on this playthrough I'm close to victory, but it's going to take a few extra turns to get there with this bug, which is a little frustrating.
